Message	There are plenty of other vendors who run things out of a "small shop" or their home, and they get things turned around very quickly AND are accessible at almost all times. I can think of a handful who I deal with, that are one-person operations like I mentioned above, and they quickly return emails, answer questions and ship everything on time. Like I said - piss-poor.
